The most magnificent place I’ve ever been is Puerto Rico. With its breath taking landscapes and the calm serenity of the ocean; Puerto Rico is one of the most relaxing and gorgeous places I’ve ever been. The mixes of several different Latin styles play a huge role in not only the music and dancing of Puerto Rico but, also the style of the wardrobe. The best part of Puerto Rico though is the amazing experience and adventures I’ve been on. Puerto Rico has some of the most beautiful landscapes I’ve ever seen. In San Juan P.R, there are many under water caves. The cave are hidden by the green plants and leaves that stretch from the grown to the top of mountains and, surrounded in brown and green furry moss. There feet move at 1,000 steps a minute as there face remains the same. You can see the pure passion and enjoyment in there faces as they glide down the streets never looking down once. They are as graceful as gazelles but as energetic as a child. Never breaking a sweat they dance until the sun comes up. The only thing thats better than the gorgeous scenery and the amazing and unique sound of Puerto Rico is the exciting activities. In Puerto Rico Ive went deep sea diving, para sailing, and hiking. When I went deep sea diving all I saw was clear blue water and gorgeous yellow and blue striped fish. There was sponge like coral. The sea went on for miles but looked like it was only a few feet deep. Para sailing was both frightening and exciting. I felt like a bird flying through the sky. The wind flew through my face as my feet glided across the water making huge ripples in the water. Hiking and sight seeing was the most fun of all. To Joseph Campbell a hero is an individual who is able to depart from his or her ordinary life for the sake of helping others in an opposite world. Campbell portrays his idea of a hero by utilizing the title character in Beowulf. Beowulf demonstrates many of Campbells stages of a hero through his strategic actions, his love for justice, and most importantly through his extraordinary strength. The hero Beowulf, is the â€Å"strongest of the Geats-greater/ And stronger than anyone anywhere in this world† (110-111). Although Beowulf is in an entirely different city he hears about how Grendel the â€Å"powerful monster† (1) is â€Å"[filling] nights with horror† (112), harming the lives of the innocent. The many great events of his reign laid foundations that would affect the future of Europe and Western Civilization for centuries to come. His recognition and support of Christianity was one of the most important moments in world history. Moving the government of the Roman Empire to Constantinople and founding New Rome was one of the most significant decisions ever made by a Roman ruler. Ten emperors who reigned after Constantine took his name. This is just one more indication of his importance in history and the honor in which he was held by his people. The one known as the emperor Constantine was born Flavius Valerius Constantinus in Naissus, a town in Serbia, on February 27 probably sometime in the 270s CE. His mother was a woman of humble background named Helena who would later become a Christian. Because of her good works, she was made a Christian saint after her death. Constantines father was a career military officer named Constantius. Constantine was married at least twice and had four sons: Crispus, Constantine II, Constantius, Constans. Constantius, his father, was in charge of the Roman Province of Britannia. When Constantius died at York in 306 CE, Constantine, who was at his side, was immediately proclaimed emperor by the army. However, it took many years of political struggle and actual civil war before he could consolidate his power. Constantine finally became the sole ruler of the Roman Empire in 323 CE when he defeated the eastern Emperor Licinius. Of Constantines major accomplishments, the most important was his rec ognition of the Christianity. In 311 CE, he ordered the end of the persecution of Christians. On October 28, 312 CE, Constantine faced one of his greatest battles as he tried to consolidate his power. He was greatly outnumbered by the forces of Maxentius, who also wanted to be emperor. In a dream the night before the battle, Constantine saw the initials for the name of Christ as well as the cross and was told, By this sign you will conquer. For this reason, DIPL should inflate their current assets by increasing values of receivables or inventory so that current assets are properly maintained and the company can pay off day-to-day expenses. It is also necessary for the company to inflate the equity valuation through increased value of retained earnings so that the company can maintain agreed debt to equity ratio in the near future (Lenz and Hahn 2015). Information technological risk The risk that takes place when any business decides to implement information technology. This decision can even have negative impact if there is deficiency in the informational technology control at any point of time (Louwers et al. 2015). DIPL could not balance between new accounting system and existing accounting software. This led to issues that relates with improper recording of transactions within stipulated time frame. The company failed to follow accounting concept of periodicity as that had adversely affected the company such as getting access to inaccurate results and unfavorable profitability position. As well (Rahim and Idowu 2015). Identification of key risk factors that relates to misstatement of financial reporting Risk factors Material misstatement in the financial reporting Debt covenants DIPL faced several risk while operating the business such as debt covenants. Finance Department of DIPL was in huge pressure as they had to find ways where the company can meet various debt covenants. A loan of 7.5 million had been taken by DIPL from BDO Finance Limited in the year 2015 on main two conditions. If DIPL failed to cover any of the conditions, then the loan will be taken back by BDO Finance Limited. In order to maintain current ratio, DIPL had inflated the current assets. The company had even manipulated with retained earnings figures that are not acceptable any time. Nature of control environment DIPL had faced several risks while operating the business such as nature of control environment. This risk factor directly link to the fact that there are some fraudulent activities practices in the financial statement of DIPL. This can be poor defined job description or poor segregation of work among the staff members. The company even manipulates with the stock figures by showing less stock at the time of cash arrival. Overall, there is improper system used by the company and efforts need to be made to mitigate the fraudulent activities as far as possible. Effect of risk factors on audit conduct Effect of debt covenants on audit plan- In order to meet the debt covenants, DIPL should balance their current assets and current liabilities. They need to decide whether there is any inflation present in current assets or deflation present in current liabilities. It is important for the company to involve in careful verification of retained earnings. Effect of control environment on audit plan- In order to have a control over the environment, DIPL should keep a balance of stock so that there is no excess or shortage of it as both are not favorable condition. It is important that the quantity of orders placed for the stock purchase and stock received should match. The company should not engage in any of the manipulation activities as that will worsen the overall environmental factors of business enterprise.
